概述

鐘罩閥是重要用于高溫塵氣的開關(guān)閥，高爐和煤氣發(fā)生爐使用比較常見，有干式和濕式兩種類型。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，氣密性嚴(yán)，可靠性高等特點(diǎn)。鐘罩閥原理很簡單，上部是一筒狀或者錐形鐘罩，鐘罩與上部運(yùn)動桿相連，下部為進(jìn)氣口，密封時鐘罩著落將下部進(jìn)氣口密封，反之向上則閥門開啟，出口設(shè)置在側(cè)面。

工作原理

A：環(huán)鏈葫蘆型chain hoist

鐘罩閥主要由閥座、鐘罩、閥體、閥蓋、提升吊桿、提升架及吊桿潤滑密封系統(tǒng)、環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆和爬梯系統(tǒng)組成。鐘罩與閥座為鑄鋼件，控制鐘罩與閥座的相對位置關(guān)系就能達(dá)到控制流體流量的目的。工作時，閥座是安裝在管道上不動的。鐘罩經(jīng)吊桿，穿過潤滑密封系統(tǒng)與環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆的吊鉤連接成一體。當(dāng)環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆得到動作信號，開啟鐘罩閥時，環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆拉起吊鉤，吊桿垂直上升，從而將鐘罩提升，這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離，鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了，實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之，環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆吊鉤下降，鐘罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截?cái)嗔恕?br/>Bell valve is mainly composed of valve seat, bell, valve body, valve cover, lifting boom, poppet and derrick lubrication sealing system, chain electric hoist and the ladder system. B：卷揚(yáng)機(jī)型Windlass：

當(dāng)卷揚(yáng)機(jī)得到動作信號，開啟鐘罩閥時，卷揚(yáng)機(jī)拉緊鋼絲繩，吊桿垂直上升，從而將鐘罩提升，這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離，鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了，實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之，卷揚(yáng)機(jī)松開鋼絲繩，鐘罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截?cái)嗔恕?br/>When the hoist to get action signal, when you start the bell valves, hoist taut wire rope, derrick vertical rise, thus to raise its bell, thus make bell jar and seat produced distance, bell valves at the ends of the line is connected, realize the flue gas emissions.
